She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in accounting. She sets the club's strategic direction and oversees operations, technology initiatives, and organizational growth, with a particular focus on member confidentiality, security, and maintaining the standards of a highly selective, members-only community.

Jacqueline's leadership philosophy reflects both her business background and her interest in human behavior. She views sexuality as more than a physical experience and believes it can carry emotional and spiritual significance. In her view, healthy intimacy, when grounded in consent, honest communication, self- awareness, and personal responsibility, can contribute to meaningful connection and personal well-being. Her psychology background also shapes how she thinks about the member experience. Kelly Marshall

Kelly Marshall serves as Chief Compliance Officer of Silver Chain Social Club™, where she oversees the organization's compliance framework, internal standards, risk management practices, and operational policies. She holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a master's degree in Statistics, and reports directly to the CEO.

Kelly brings a distinctly analytical perspective to compliance. Her engineering and statistical background complements a leadership style centered on systems, consistency, documentation, and measurable standards. She approaches compliance not simply as a collection of rules, but as an operating discipline designed to protect members, staff, and the organization.Her responsibilities include supporting policies governing membership processes, data-handling practices, event procedures, screening standards, confidentiality, and internal accountability.For Kelly, responsible growth and strong standards belong together. Her work helps create the structure behind Silver Chain's commitment to trust, safety, and long- term organizational integrity.

EVENT COORDINATOR

Madison Zimmermann

Madison Zimmermann serves as an Event Coordinator for Silver Chain Social Club™, combining thoughtful organization with a strong hospitality mindset. She holds a bachelor's degree in education and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).Madison helps transform planning into the actual member experience. She coordinates venues, schedules, member communications, logistics, and the many details that determine how smoothly an event unfolds.

Her philosophy is simple: people are more likely to connect naturally when they feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. That belief shapes the way she approaches each gathering, balancing structure and professionalism with warmth and attention to individual comfort.Madison partners with Silver Chain's leadership and compliance teams to make sure each event meets the organization's standards for safety, quality, and professionalism, discretion included. Her goal isnt simply to organize an event; it's to create a polished environment where members can relax, engage naturally, and enjoy the experience.

MEMBER SCREENING & RISK ANALYST

Christina Johnson

Christina Johnson serves as a Member Screening & Risk Analyst for Silver Chain Social Club™, supporting one of the organization's most important responsibilities: evaluating membership-related risk before an applicant enters the community.She holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a master's degree in Criminology. Her work centers on risk analysis and the review of authorized screening information to determine whether applicants meet Silver Chain's membership and safety standards.Christina brings a methodical and detail-oriented approach to every review. Rather than treating screening as a simple procedural step, she examines information carefully and identifies matters that may warrant additional consideration before a membership decision is made.

She coordinates closely with the compliance and membership teams while following established procedures intended to protect applicant information and maintain consistency throughout the review process.Christina's work operates largely behind the scenes. Even so, it plays an important role in the community members experience: when they walk into an event, they can trust that meaningful screening took place before anyone was admitted.

MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR

Jennifer Wang

Jennifer Wang serves as a Membership Advisor for Silver Chain Social Club™, guiding prospective and current members through what membership actually means beyond simply attending an event. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a master's degree in Counseling. Jennifer brings together two perspectives that are particularly relevant to her role: an understanding of organizations and an understanding of people. She helps prospective members navigate Silver Chain's standards, expectations, screening process, privacy requirements, and community values before approval.

Her approach places particular importance on communication, compatibility, emotional maturity, consent, and clearly understood boundaries. She believes successful membership begins with ensuring that individuals understand both what they are seeking and what the community expects from them.Jennifer coordinates with the membership, compliance, and event teams to shape the experience from first inquiry through ongoing membership.Her goal is to help build more than a guest list. It is to cultivate a community of adults who value meaningful connection, mutual respect, and responsible interaction.¯

Michael Williams

Michael Williams serves as a Human Resources Consultant for Silver Chain Social Club™, advising leadership on the people and organizational systems that support the club's continued growth. He holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and a master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

Michael's work focuses on the internal culture behind the public-facing organization. He advises on people strategy, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, workplace policy, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and professional conduct.His background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology brings a behavioral perspective to his HR work, particularly around how expectations, leadership practices, workplace systems, and organizational culture influence performance.Michael emphasizes fairness, consistency, accountability, and clear communication. He collaborates with leadership and compliance so that employees and contractors understand both their responsibilities and the standards expected of them.His role helps ensure that as Silver Chain grows externally, the organization continues developing the professional internal infrastructure needed to support that growth.
